Entry level production shop helpers
Shop Associate – ($18/hr)
Basic Job Duties
- Use sanders, grinders, and hand tools to finish machined parts.
- Look over finished pieces closely to make sure they meet basic standards.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial shop environment subject to noise, heat, and metal debris.
- Punctual attendance, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Willing to learn how to use new tools and develop shop skills.
