Residential Hvac Service Technician

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a strong motivation to solve problems for our customers and a desire to grow with our award-winning company. A minimum of 2-3 years experience is required for this role.

The HVAC Service Technician’s role is to provide excellent customer service and perform troubleshooting techniques to find solutions and achieve positive results for homeowners experiencing heating and air conditioning problems. We provide a fully stocked company vehicle and offer a base salary ranging between $52,000-$80,000 with the opportunity to make over $100K!

Pay: $52,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment

· Educate and provide solutions to customers

· Maintain DeHart company image standards

· Drive company vehicle

· Participate in company provided training

· Provide support to fellow team members

· Work in all weather conditions

Qualifications and skills:

· Minimum 3 years of HVAC Experience required.

· EPA certification (Type II or universal)

· Training and use of specialty tools and equipment for troubleshooting, installing, and repairing

· Exceptional communication skills

· Unbeatable customer service and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work assigned hours and overtime as needed

· Must be able to meet the physical demands required for this position, able to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs.

· Fluent in English

· Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and criminal background, and ability to pass a drug test.
