Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and electrical codes such as NEC (National Electrical Code)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations or repairs
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks on construction sites or renovation projects
• Test electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues accurately
• Work with low voltage systems including security alarms, data cabling, and communication wiring
• Collaborate with construction teams on framing carpentry and other related tasks to ensure seamless project execution
• Follow safety protocols rigorously when working with high voltage or in potentially hazardous environments
