Electrician

Kinsmen Electric is a growing electrical contracting company servicing residential and commercial customers in Somerset County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled, reliable Electrical Foreman with at least 2-3 years field experience.

Key Roles:

• Lead and supervise electrical technicians on job sites
• Plan, organize, and direct daily work to keep projects on schedule
• Oversee compliance with 2026 NEC standards
• Excellent workmanship
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other trades
• Mentor/trail junior technicians according to NEC and Kinsmen standards
• Uphold professional, safety-first attitude on every jobsite

Required Skills:

• Strong senior apprentice level technician skills
• Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA and workmanship standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical diagrams
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
