The company has an immediate need for several Machine & Saw Operators at their Wilton facility.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Machine & Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production machinery and saw equipment, with Homag panel saw experience strongly preferred. This position is responsible for safely and accurately operating equipment, cutting materials to specifications, and maintaining production quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
%CF; Operate panel saws, production machinery, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
%CF; Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
%CF; Accurately measure and cut materials according to work orders and blueprints.
%CF; Inspect finished materials for quality, accuracy, and proper dimensions.
%CF; Load and unload materials and maintain an organized work area.
%CF; Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
%CF; Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
%CF; Meet daily production and quality goals.
%CF; Work effectively as part of a production team.
Qualifications
%CF; Previous machine operator or saw operator experience required.
%CF; Experience operating a Homag panel saw preferred.
%CF; Ability to read measurements, work orders, and basic production drawings.
%CF; Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
%CF; Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
%CF; Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
%CF; Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
