Embroidery Quality Manager

The Embroidery Quality Manager oversees a small team of skilled Embroiders, ensuring that all embroidery products meet high standards of precision and craftsmanship. Reporting directly to the Owner/Creative Director, this role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership skills to maintain and enhance product quality within the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control inspections of embroidery products
• Lead and manage a small quality management team of 1-5 members
• Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with production and design teams to address quality issues
• Ensure consistent adherence to company and industry embroidery standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable embroidery experience
• Strong knowledge of quality control and embroidery techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
