What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required by employer)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
