Apartment Maintenance Technician

Hard working self-starters needed for residential community in the Campbell areas. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial.

Must also be available for on call; live within 45 minutes of the communities. Must pass a criminal and DMV background check.

Must have a valid California Driver's License and valid Auto Insurance with liability minimum requirement: $30,000 per Bodily Injury, $60,000 per Accident Bodily Injury, $50,000 per Accident Property Damage.

Work Schedule is Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
