Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Multi-Wire & Bunching Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating wire processing equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multi-wire and bunching machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor wire quality, machine performance, and production output.
• Perform routine adjustments and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Complete production paperwork and accurately document output.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-wire, bunching, wire processing, or similar manufacturing experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift rotation occurs approximately every 4 months.
