Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to lead a major industrial project in Lexington, North Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.

%CF; Pay: $35–$45/hr (DOE) – higher pay available for highly qualified candidates

Responsibilities
%CF; Lead daily field operations on an industrial electrical project
%CF; Supervise and coordinate electrical crews
%CF; Maintain project schedule, quality, and safety compliance
%CF; Communicate with project management, clients, and field teams
%CF; Manage manpower, materials, and jobsite logistics
%CF; Provide strong leadership and decision-making in the field
%CF; Ensure work is completed to company and industry standards
Requirements
%CF; Minimum 10+ years of electrical experience
%CF; At least 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent
%CF; Strong background in industrial electrical construction
%CF; Experience with industrial controls and automation systems
%CF; Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite execution
%CF; Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
%CF; Reliable work history with verifiable references
