Pay Rate: $23.00 – $25.00 / hour

Reports To: Facilities Team Lead

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Maintenance Technician, you will be key to keeping operations running smoothly. You will perform a variety of hands-on maintenance, repair, and facility upgrade tasks to keep machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operating at peak efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot & Repair: Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues quickly and effectively.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop, implement, and track preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and prevent system failures.
  • Facility Enhancements: Perform aesthetic upgrades, paint, assemble and relocate office furniture/equipment, install shelving, and address general building needs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance adheres strictly to safety regulations; maintain clear, accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work side-by-side with operations and production teams to complete work seamlessly without disrupting daily business.
  • Emergency Support: Provide on-call or emergency maintenance support when critical situations or off-hour needs arise.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in the facilities or maintenance field required (3 years).
  • Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Problem-Solving Drive: Ability to diagnose root causes swiftly and execute reliable, long-term solutions.
  • Physical Capability: Able to lift, bend, stand for long periods, and safely operate heavy tools and equipment.
  • Communication & Safety: Clear communicator who works well in team environments and prioritizes workplace safety protocols above all else.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
