Hairstylist/Barber/Cosmetologist - Diesel Barbershop - Hiring for McMurray, PA (Waterdam Centre) and Pittsburgh, PA (Lawrenceville)

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• Generous base pay + tips + performance bonus
• Full-time (32–39 hours/week)
• Consistent scheduling
• Must be available nights and weekends

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
• Provide strong consultations and excellent client service
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional workstation
• Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
• Keep your station clean, stay on schedule, and support a positive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Must be a Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist in PA
• Strong technical skills with men’s cuts, fades, and detailing
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
