This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who excels at building high-performing clinical teams, optimizing operational performance, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a rehabilitation-focused patient care center, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient satisfaction. This role requires a collaborative leader who can balance quality patient care with strategic business operations while developing and mentoring healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical and administrative staff to cultivate a culture centered on patient care excellence and accountability.
- Direct day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic performance.
- Partner with clinicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Develop employee training programs, leadership coaching, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
- Evaluate staffing needs, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency while maintaining superior patient care standards.
- Analyze operational reports and identify opportunities to improve financial performance, patient access, and workflow efficiency.
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on engagement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and long-term clinic success.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Physical Therapy, Business Administration, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or rehabilitation operations management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Current California professional licensure, where applicable.
- CAPTE certification or equivalent credential required if applicable to professional discipline.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Leadership experience within outpatient rehabilitation, physical therapy, or musculoskeletal healthcare environments.
- Experience managing departmental budgets, productivity, staffing models, and operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Proven success implementing operational improvements that increase efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Stable career progression demonstrating increasing healthcare leadership responsibilities.
- Possesses at least five years of progressive healthcare leadership or rehabilitation operations management experience.
- Successfully leads multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
