What You’ll Be Doing

As our Turf and Plant Care Director, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective fertilization and treatment plans. - Managing client sales and providing outstanding support to meet their landscaping needs. - Leading and organizing the fertilization team, delegating tasks efficiently. - Driving the growth of our fertilization service line with innovative ideas and strategies. - Ensuring compliance with licensing and DOT medical card requirements. - Collaborating with the broader team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 3 years of experience in fertilization or a related field. - A strong understanding of fertilization techniques, treatment plans, and industry best practices. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. - A self-starter attitude with a passion for growing and improving services. - Strong communication and delegation skills to lead and inspire your team. - A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
