What You'll Be Doing
- Estimate Follow-Up: Reach out to homeowners who have received service estimates and guide them toward confident purchasing decisions.
- Membership Expansion: Proactively connect with homeowners to introduce, sell, and schedule maintenance for our Service Club Memberships.
- Customer Retention: Resolve homeowner concerns, overcome objections, and retain valuable memberships through active listening and problem-solving.

Pipeline Management: Maintain thorough notes in our CRM while managing daily outbound follow-up workflows.
Team Collaboration: Partner with field technicians and service managers to ensure seamless delivery for the customer.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $50,000 / year
- Performance Earnings: Uncapped 2% commission on closed revenue + regular Call Center spiffs & performance incentives (typically adding $10,000+ annually)
