Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and grilling a variety of menu items to meet our high standards of quality and flavor.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Following food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy hours.
- Communicating effectively with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a grill cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
- Spanish language proficiency to communicate effectively with our team.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
