Handyman

We're looking for a handyman who wants more than a handyman job. You'll handle repair and punch-list work now, and grow into full remodeling — tile, drywall, trim, bathroom and home renovation — as you prove yourself. This is a role with a ceiling as high as you want to push it.

• Handle general handyman work: repairs, punch lists, minor carpentry, drywall patches, paint touch-ups, fixture installs.

• Work alongside our lead carpenter on remodel jobs to build skills beyond handyman work.

• Read basic plans and follow instructions from the lead on each job.

• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.

• Keep job sites clean and organized. Load and unload the truck.

• Take on more responsibility and harder tasks as your skills grow.

Handymen who show up, learn fast, and take pride in the work move into remodeling — tile setting, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, full bathroom and home renovation. Pay grows with skill.

• Existing handyman skills: basic carpentry, drywall patching, paint, fixture repair/install.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Physically able to lift 75+ lbs, stand, kneel, and work on your feet all day.

• Show up on time, every day. This is the biggest thing we're hiring for.

• Hungry to learn. Willing to take direction and grow past handyman work.
