Responsibilities:
Assist with developing, implementing, and leading activities for patients, including games, exercises, and social programs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address patients' recreational and social needs
Plan and coordinate therapeutic activities to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
Monitor and document patient participation and satisfaction, providing feedback to the team
Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., recreation therapy, activity therapy) an asset
Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting; experience with activity therapy or recreational programming preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
