We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to partner directly with Founder in leading a well-established, privately owned organization with a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, gaming, retail, commercial real estate, and investment properties. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and help shape the future of an organization built on integrity, accountability, and long-term success.
Job Duties include:
- Oversee the company's day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage department directors and senior leadership teams
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and execution experience
- Financial management and budgeting expertise
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience developing and implementing company policies and procedures
- Ability to manage change and lead organizational growth
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
- Experience leading organizations with 100+ employees
- Multi-site or multi-location management experience
