Retail Operations Coordinator

Safety Solutions & Supply is seeking a hands-on Retail Sales, E-Commerce & Inventory Coordinator to oversee retail sales, purchasing, merchandising, online order fulfillment, inventory control, and the overall customer experience. This position will be responsible for growing product sales, maintaining accurate inventory, and developing creative new ways to bring products directly to customers

• Experienced in retail management, sales, purchasing, inventory management, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft, Excel, email and web-based business systems.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of retail and inventory operations.
• Develop strategies to increase in-store and online sales through promotions, customer outreach, merchandising, and product selection.
• Improve the in-store experience by maintaining an organized, welcoming, and customer-friendly retail environment.
• Serve as the primary buyer for retail products and stocked inventory.
• Place orders based on sales history, customer demand, supplier lead times, and established stocking levels.
• Maintain accurate online product listings, pricing, availability, descriptions, and images.
• Manage product placement, displays, pricing, signage, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with accounting, sales, and operations regarding customer demand, special orders, product availability, and retail opportunities.
