About the Opportunity - RN Nurse SupervisorAs a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure that our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
The role involves:
Providing guidance and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Supporting daily clinical operations
Collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
Promoting excellent resident outcomes and quality of care
Assisting with clinical decision-making and problem-solving
Supporting and mentoring members of the nursing team
Helping foster a positive, professional, and resident-focused environment
Active New Jersey RN license
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A compassionate, team-oriented approach
Competitive Pay: Up to $47.00 per hour
