Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Allentown office to ensure we maintain our high standards of service.
Mentor and guide a team of sales professionals, helping them reach their full potential through regular coaching and feedback.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our footprint within the Lehigh Valley community.
Monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and adjust our approach to better serve our policyholders.
Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
Foster a supportive and encouraging workplace culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of experience managing or leading a sales team within the insurance industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations and long-term strategy simultaneously.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
