What You'll Be Doing

As a Bartender at La Taqueria by El Molino, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Engaging with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment.
• A preference for Spanish-speaking candidates to better serve our diverse clientele.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
