Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to clients in a treatment center setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and reviewing treatment plans
Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Perform routine tasks, such as monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the treatment team
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements:
Current RN or LVN licensure in the State of Texas
0-2 years of experience in a treatment center or nursing home setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient information
