Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and ensure a pleasant first impression.
• Seating Management: Efficiently manage seating arrangements and waitlists to optimize table turnover.
• Communication: Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Customer Assistance: Address guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and specials.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized host station and dining area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Evening and weekend availability is required.
