Responsibilities
Safely transport patients to and from their medical appointments, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and efficient transportation services
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
Maintain accurate records of patient transports, including arrival and departure times, and any issues or incidents that may arise
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest transportation procedures and best practices

0 years of experience in healthcare transportation or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, or pull patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
