Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of local market growth strategies within the Hagerstown area.
Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with new and existing clients through proactive outreach.
Analyze potential client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions that ensure comprehensive coverage.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and elevate our collective performance.
Attend local business and community events to build visibility and trust for The Atlantic District brand.
Mentor junior team members as our agency footprint expands.
Requirements
Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
Ability to commute daily to our Hagerstown office.
Strong organizational skills for managing a growing client pipeline.
