In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support clients on their path to stability, independence, and improved well-being. ???? What You'll DoProvide client-centered case management services to individuals with behavioral health needsConduct assessments and develop personalized service plans ????Coordinate care with providers, community resources, and support networks ????Advocate for clients to ensure access to appropriate services and supportsMaintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and agency standardsSupport clients in building skills for independent living and recovery ???? '05; What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent ????MHRT-C certification (Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician–Community) or MHRT-C Provisional, with the ability to obtain Full MHRT-CExperience working in behavioral health, mental health, or social services requiredMinimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilitiesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ????Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyKnowledge of local resources in the Greater Waterville area is a plus ????Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ???? ????
