Warehouse Shipping Associate

- 2nd Shift: $19.00/hour | Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM
Position Overview
We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Associates to support the accurate processing, packing, and shipping of prescription medications. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, label, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescription medications
- Receive, count, and record shipment information in pharmacy software
- Verify packing list information against actual medications packed
- Identify incorrect or short-shipped items and immediately notify a supervisor
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order fulfillment process
- Follow all company procedures related to safety, quality, confidentiality, and medication handling
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
- Must successfully complete a background screening and drug test
