Vehicle Assessment Specialist

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (some Saturdays and overtime as needed)Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Assessment Specialist to inspect vehicles at our auction house. You’ll evaluate vehicle condition, document damages and repair needs, and create clear, accurate online listings with photos and descriptions.Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles, noting damage, missing parts, and mechanical concerns
• Document vehicle details and prepare condition reports using tablets and computer systems
• Photograph and video vehicles for auction listings
• Upload condition reports, photos, and descriptions to our website
• Respond to questions from customers and staff regarding vehicle condition
• Assist with moving vehicles in the yard as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and other recreational vehicles
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings
• Good written communication skills
• Comfortable using digital tools including tablets, cameras, and computers
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely move vehicles
• Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
