Sales Associate at Mattress Barn

Mattress Barn in Marshall, MN is looking for one sales associate to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 1507 East College Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. This is a full time position. We are looking for a steady week day schedule and two weekends per month. 36 to 40 hours per week with a weekday off on the weeks where a the weekend is worked. Our weekend hours are Saturday from 10-4 and Sunday from 12-4. Besides assisting customers with purchases and helping to design their spaces, other responsibilities would include editing and updating our web site and checking in products as they arrive. Tagging products, merchandising and marketing. Besides hourly wages you will also earn a commission on all completed sales and we have marketing commissions also available. Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
• Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Edit and update website as needed
• Check in products and input invoices as they are received
