About the Role:
RODI Systems Corp is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team in Aztec, NM. Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors to meet company procurement needs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement requirements
• Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and procurement records
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and industry regulations
• Resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery issues, and vendor discrepancies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, or purchasing platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze bids, quotes, and contracts to identify best value
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
