Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

From moving materials and pressure washing to snow removal and grounds work, you'll tackle a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep Fort Wainwright's military housing community clean, safe, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance teams with a variety of labor tasks throughout a military housing community
- Deliver and pick up tools, equipment, and parts throughout the community as needed
- Load, unload, move, and transport supplies, materials, and appliances to job sites
- Perform pressure washing, debris removal, snow removal, and general property cleanup
- Assist with grounds work, including digging, brush removal, and site preparation
- Help prepare homes and work areas by removing flooring, damaged drywall, and other materials for maintenance and renovation projects
- Assist with community event setup, property cleanups, and other general labor assignments as needed
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Minimum Requirements
- Previous general labor or other hands-on work experience is helpful
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to gain post access (REAL ID required)
- Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Background screening is part of the hiring process
- Must support a drug free work environment
