As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing non-medical care to our clients, including:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Managing personal care tasks, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
Assisting with meal preparation, cooking, and feeding
Providing companionship, emotional support, and social interaction
Managing medication schedules and reminders
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized care plans for each client, in collaboration with our clinical team
Provide exceptional care and support to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
Build strong relationships with clients and their families, establishing trust and confidence
Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration, vital signs, and incident reports
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
