Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – $26–$31/Hour

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in accordance with treatment plans

  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

  • Collect accurate and timely session data

  • Complete session notes at the end of each session

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision

  • Help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills

What We're Looking For

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and professionalism

  • Reliable transportation when applicable

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and accept clinical feedback

  • Someone who genuinely cares about the clients they serve
