Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily supervision and scheduling of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage across all facility areas.
Perform inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms to maintain regulatory and facility cleanliness standards.
Train and coach staff on cleaning protocols, infection control procedures, and use of equipment and chemicals.
Monitor inventory and order housekeeping supplies as needed.
Support survey readiness by ensuring documentation, cleaning schedules, and logs are maintained.
Participate in room turnovers, terminal cleaning, and deep cleaning projects as needed.
Assist with quality assurance audits and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, CMS, and state regulations regarding environmental safety and housekeeping operations.
