Fabrication Supervisor

Fabrication Supervisor| $62,000+ based on experience | Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm/Direct Hire

The Fabrication Supervisor leads and supports manufacturing employees to safely and efficiently build and ship quality products while meeting customer requirements. This working supervisor coordinates staffing, workflow, production schedules, quality, and safety across fabrication operations including Press Brake, Laser, Water Jet, Saw, and Paint/Coating. The role also drives Lean Manufacturing, 5S, cross-training, and continuous improvement while coaching and developing employees.

• Lead and support fabrication employees to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery goals.

• Coordinate staffing, workflow, production schedules, labor demands, and departmental workloads.

• Oversee Press Brake, Laser, Water Jet, Saw, and Paint/Coating operations.

• Resolve production issues and improve production methods, equipment performance, quality, and efficiency.

• Drive 5S, Lean Manufacturing, cross-training, safety inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Fabrication and manufacturing experience required; previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience/training; six months to one year of related experience and/or training may qualify.

• Strong communication, organization, scheduling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, procedures, and schedules.

• Must successfully complete the in-house forklift and overhead crane certification program before operating these machines; training is provided.

The base salary range for this position is $62,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
