Our specialty windows, doors, and architectural products are built with exacting standards. Your mission is to shepherd those products from our Waipahu, HI facility into customers’ hands with safety, speed, and accuracy—every single time.
Imagine ThisA customer arrives for a will-call pickup on a tight timeline. You’ve already verified the order against documentation, inspected labels and packaging, and staged the pallet. With a forklift and a clear loading plan, you load efficiently, confirm records, and the customer is on their way—right product, right condition, right time. That’s impact.
Role Impact Areas- Order Prep & Staging: Prepare, package, and stage outbound products based on company standards and customer specs.
- Will-Call Excellence: Coordinate and manage customer pickups for accuracy, timeliness, and a professional experience.
- Safe Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks, verifying materials against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping docs.
- Quality Gate: Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, product quality, completeness, correct labeling, and secure packaging.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate shipment records—tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and internal documentation.
- Clear Communication: Interface professionally with customers, drivers, supervisors, and internal partners.
- Customer Assist: Provide hands-on help during will-call following safety and service procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics to resolve discrepancies or order issues.
- Equipment Mastery: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment safely and in compliance.
- Product Care: Handle and stage windows, doors, glass, aluminum, and related products carefully.
- 5S Mindset: Keep the shipping and will-call areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, OSHA standards, warehouse procedures, and material-handling guidelines.
- Escalation: Report damage, shortages, incorrect orders, or safety issues immediately to supervision.
- Versatility: Support shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or facility tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
- Working knowledge of shipping paperwork, packing lists, purchase orders, labels, and inventory processes.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Professional communication with customers, drivers, supervisors, and peers.
- Physical ability to lift, move, push, pull, and stage materials.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Comfort in a fast-moving manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, construction materials, or window/door/glass/aluminum settings.
- Current forklift certification.
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory tools, shipping platforms, or WMS.
- Background coordinating will-call or customer pickups.
- Strong organizational abilities; comfortable balancing multiple orders.
- Flexibility to work overtime or variable hours as business needs shift.
- Detail-driven: Accurate packaging, paperwork, labeling, and fulfillment.

Full-time, on-site at our Waipahu, HI facility. Schedule varies with shipping demand and customer pickups; overtime may be required.
