Responsibilities
Identify and engage with new potential clients within the Winslow Township area to grow our local presence.
Analyze the specific risk profiles of families and business owners to create comprehensive coverage solutions.
Educate clients on complex insurance products, ensuring they understand exactly how their policies protect them.
Manage an active pipeline of leads with care, diligence, and a focus on long-term retention.
Attend local community events and network with other professionals to strengthen our agency's reputation.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales strategy and improve the overall client experience.
Requirements
Active New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual production goals.
Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and over the phone.
Comfortable utilizing modern agency management systems and digital tools to manage client workflows.
Deep familiarity with the South Jersey community and local business landscape.
