Day Porter – The Collection at Forsyth

USMS Holdco, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a premier commercial property located at:

The Collection at Forsyth
410 Peachtree Parkway
Cumming, GA 30041

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily trash pickup and removal throughout the property
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, and outdoor spaces
• Pick up litter and debris from parking lots and landscaped areas
• Assist with cleaning entrances, walkways, and high-traffic areas
• Monitor the property for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Support special cleaning projects as assigned
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

Qualifications:

• Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to pass a background check (required)

Compensation & Schedule:

• $16.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Schedule may vary based on operational needs
