Description:
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and positive environment, responding promptly to member needs, and ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities include checking members and playground attendees in, answering phones, selling memberships and processing membership changes, and giving facility tours. Additional duties include washing, drying, and folding towels, greeting members upon arrival and departure, taking payments, selling retail products, and operating the smoothie bar.
Requirements:
Individuals must be 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license. Experience in customer service is preferred.
