We are actively seeking a Laborer – Concrete Yard to join a respected company within the aggregate materials industry. What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assist with unloading incoming deliveries and transporting materials throughout the yard.
• Organize, sort, and stack aggregate products to support efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safety-focused work environment.
• Support daily yard activities and provide assistance wherever operational needs arise.
• Follow established safety guidelines, procedures, and supervisor direction.
• Perform physically demanding work in an outdoor setting across varying weather conditions.
• Help improve workflow by keeping materials accessible and organized.
• Develop operational knowledge with opportunities to learn and work with equipment such as Bobcats and Gradealls when appropriate.

To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of construction or related labor experience.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ pounds.
• Comfort working outdoors in changing environmental conditions.
• Experience operating a Bobcat, Gradeall, or similar equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and commitment to workplace responsibilities.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of physical tasks.
