What You’ll Do

As a Clubhouse Cleaning Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our clubhouse and surrounding areas in pristine condition. Your responsibilities will include:

Exterior Maintenance:

• Inspect main entrance and walkways for cleanliness and safety.
• Sweep entrances and remove debris.
• Pressure wash sidewalks (as scheduled).
• Check exterior lighting for functionality.
• Inspect landscaping around the clubhouse.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles.
• Clean patio furniture and inspect outdoor umbrellas and cushions.
• Inspect the parking lot for potholes, striping, and lighting.

Lobby & Common Areas:

• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.
• Dust furniture and décor.
• Clean glass doors and windows.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Straighten furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Inspect artwork and decorations for cleanliness.
• Water indoor plants to keep them healthy and vibrant.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have: - 1 year of experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role. - A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
