Responsibilities

• Prepare and replenish breakfast items, ensuring freshness and presentation meet quality standards
• Set up and maintain buffet stations, including arranging food displays and condiments
• Assist with food handling, cooking, and meal preparation to deliver a variety of breakfast options
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning, bussing tables, and sanitizing surfaces
• Support catering or banquet functions by setting up breakfast displays or assisting with large group service
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs

Experience

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation background preferred
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
• Prior hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or catering assistant are highly valued
• Knowledge of coffee brewing or barista skills can enhance guest interactions
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
