You begin by guiding each team member, ensuring alignment and readiness for the day ahead. Throughout the day, you diligently oversee the sales team, address classroom issues, and ensure the up-to-date maintenance of education files and grading. Additionally, you support the learning leaders, conduct meetings, and supervise diverse training activities.
