Responsibilities

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local businesses and families across the Pittsburgh area.

Assess unique risk profiles to recommend the right coverage options, ensuring our clients feel truly protected.

Lead local community outreach and networking events to increase the agency's visibility.

Review existing policyholder accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that fit their changing lives.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to your peers to help sharpen our collective sales approach.


Requirements

Current Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license in Pennsylvania.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or leading sales initiatives.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital lead tracking tools.

A clear, professional speaking style for in-person client meetings.

Demonstrated ability to mentor others and grow local market share.
