- Provide quotes and support new and existing clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Support the team with daily office tasks
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- No insurance experience required – we provide training
