Responsibilities
Identify and engage with local businesses and families to understand their unique protection needs.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local chamber meetings to build meaningful visibility.
Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that provide genuine security to our neighbors.
Manage an active pipeline of prospects while ensuring each interaction feels personal and thoughtful.
Collaborate with our internal support staff to ensure that every policy is tailored perfectly to the individual client.
Maintain an ongoing dialogue with existing clients to adjust their coverage as their life or business evolves.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Solid understanding of risk management and coverage structures.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and networking within a community.
Proficiency in digital policy management and CRM systems.
Experience in building professional networks from the ground up.
Deep familiarity with the Aliquippa and Beaver County business landscape.
