Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, sincere welcome the moment they walk through our doors.
- Guide guests through our menu, offering thoughtful suggestions based on their personal preferences.
- Ensure that our dining space remains clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Manage guest payments and transactions with care and precision.
- Help resolve guest concerns immediately, ensuring everyone leaves happier than when they arrived.
Requirements
Ability to remain on your feet and move throughout the restaurant for your entire shift.
Valid food handler certification or the willingness to obtain one quickly.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs arise.
Genuine interest in learning about our food and drink menus.
Experience in a customer-facing role is helpful, but a great attitude is what we value most.
