About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Care Operations Supervisor to lead our team of caregivers in providing top-notch care to our clients in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, supervise caregivers, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. Your exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and manage a team of caregivers
Conduct regular home visits to ensure high-quality care and support
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs
Monitor and report on client outcomes and quality of care
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Provide ongoing training and support to caregivers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
5 years of experience in home care or a related field
Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience level of education (high school diploma or equivalent required)
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
